Chipotle was rapidly evolving from a restaurant chain into a digitally driven brand. As their loyalty program grew past 18 million members, they wanted to not only keep users engaged but also surprise and delight them with experiences that felt alive, playful, and personal. My challenge was clear: how to take complex reward data and turn it into engaging customer stories that reflect the unique experience created for Chipotle Rewards members.
